  It's funny that I hear this only from Koreans. Correct phrase is that
"It is very tough to survive as a programmer for a person who
does not like to learn new tricks whether he or she is young or old.".
You really have to get out of Korea if you want to know how other
cultures think about aging. Korea is a uniquely discriminative place
against the number called "age".
